Key Responsibilities

The ServiceNow Platform Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, stability, and operational health of the ServiceNow platform.
Administer users, roles, groups, ACLs, and system configurations
Maintain forms, UI policies, business rules, and service catalog items
Support platform upgrades, patches, and system health checks
Assist with incident resolution, testing, and documentation
Ensure compliance with governance and security standards
Create and maintain reports and dashboards
Collaborate daily with global teams and stakeholders
Minimum Requirements
+
1–3 years of ServiceNow administration experience
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
Basic knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and scripting
Understanding of ITSM processes
ITIL Foundation certification
