The ServiceNow Platform Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, stability, and operational health of the ServiceNow platform.
→Administer users, roles, groups, ACLs, and system configurations
→Maintain forms, UI policies, business rules, and service catalog items
→Support platform upgrades, patches, and system health checks
→Assist with incident resolution, testing, and documentation
→Ensure compliance with governance and security standards
→Create and maintain reports and dashboards
→Collaborate daily with global teams and stakeholders
